You must decide, as their captain, how you plan on accomodating such lofty goals. You may start by attacking other ships and seize their cargo or their crew.

You can also start by trading and then switch to battle mode when provoked. The decision is yours. Pirate Hunter contain 16 large scenarios which will insure long play without repetition.
